We're just starting to get the rain and wet stuff here now. A few degrees above freezing and a bit windy.

No measureable amounts of precipitation in Midland for something like 150 days now. Just enough to get a car dirty on one day.
I've been driving the Mustang because I know it'll make it rain if I put the top down. ( the white car from the photo with the girl and motorcycle). Maybe that's a modern interpretation of a rain dance, drive something clean it'll rain.

April 7th - Wind blowing 45 miles per hour last night - It's snowing this morning horizontally - Not much sticking to the warm ground here in town (4150 feet) but all the hills/mountains in every direction for 360 degrees are white above 4500 feet.
I'd go play in it except that I've really got to get the term project for the forensic art class completed....

April 25th - Went to California for the Easter weekend - Fair going down - Rained from Colfax to Truckee coming home - Some snow flurries at the top. Lots of people skiing up on top - They've still got about ten feet of snow on the slopes at Norden.
Lots of wind today - Blowing about 45 mph.
Spring tomorrow maybe?

Wind. Wind. Two months of nearly every day having 25mph sustained with the 60mph gusts once in a while. No rain in 8 months. Water rationing sucks. My lawn is nearly dead.

We've had some big rain and wind storms here lately. Lots of trees down and people's electric off for a couple days. I have two pine trees around my house that got knocked down.
