Leo,
It's been a while since we first discussed this - and as I'm right in the middle of working on it today - - -
What did we want to do besides: Make it gleaming like new - Have it in front of an old Mobilgas station - Add the Warn winch to the front bumper - Put some more aggressive tires on it -
But careful now - as I've already done a lot of the truck pen and ink work. The background can be fooled with still.
The longer you wait to respond to this thread the less likely I'll be to change anything as my pen is flying - I'm in the zone!

Thats it basicly. I want one to look at the picture and flash back to 76' when the truck was new, the freedom of driving with the roof off and buying gas a era correct Mobile station. True Americana. The Warn winch is suppose to be a old style up right winch.

Nice skinny mud tires on it. I like the picture you posted on MO. It looked great, just add the few little details

You read my mind. Only 2 things I notice off are the sun visors are down and our Scout has Selectro, not Warn style hubs. Its coming along great, Im excitied to see the end product!

And then on to what the little old lady thought was a '57 Belaire - Turns out it was a '58 Impala convertable - - This one is pretty easy as she wanted it in profile (easier than a 3/4 view) and in front of their present house (which I drove by on the way back from the post office and took a picture....

Wasn't an Impala convertible in Pulp Fiction also?

Probably. - - and American Graffitti. One of my brothers had a '58 coupe, another a '57 convert, I had a '56 Olds '98, my cousin a '61 '409 SS - - Before I discovered Land Rovers I was pretty much a GM afficianado....
