I think we should have a thread to introduce ourselves. With a new board that has a potential serious growing spurt, I think it would be nice to have new (and old) users give an introduction.
I am Kara, otherwise known as Kara Chaos. I post on very few other boards as RoverGrrl. My current residence is in New Hampshire and I am the proud owner of five (non-working) Land Rovers. ;D Oh and I think I'm funny most of the time.
So new users (and old users who haven't yet), introduce yourself so we can say hi!

Hi' I'm Ron. I'm usually found in some remote canyon or mountain top in northern Nevada; poking around an old mining site or ghost town; trying to find a way across a ridgeline on what might be a trail but isn't on any map; or just wandering around in the desert with no particular route in mind but doing it anyway. I've completed documented over 190 Land Rover Treks and posted them on some other LR sites. I'll soon post some of the more memora When not doing that I'm in my "studio" sketching or painting someone's Land Rover, Ford, Chevy, dog or girlfriend..... You will also find me down in the stuff for sale section trying to peddle Land Rover drawings I've already done - or I'll create something special of that old rig you still have, used to have or would like to have..... |

Hi,
I'm an old Italian guy who has owned a couple of Rovers over the last 38 years.Currently have an 87 RRC.
I don't post much cause' I'm too old to type a lot.
Hope this forum succeeds as I get bad cases of hives from reading some of the other forums out there.

Hey guys! Patrick Miller, drive a 2000 D2 that's slowly getting the budget upgrades. Right now she's looking a bit like a mall crawler, but maybe the mud and that she's never actually at the mall will help.
I've just finished serving in the Navy as a First Crewman on MH-53E's stationed in Norfolk, VA. Currently I'm in school with Utah State University, and working with the Navy Reserves here in Salt Lake.

Rover shop owner. Still amazed that I'm making the mortgage almost ten years into the game.
"Retired" after 19 years as an environmental, health & safety engineer.
I much prefer Rovers!
I've got some Classics, some DIs, some DIIs, and a Series IIA 88" project.
