Disco wiring

Hey disco gurus! I have a 97 and would liked to know if all Discos where made with the same harness. I would like to add options...like heated seats....put off road lights on brush bar using fog harness...etc..but is the harness there to hook to?
Currently have the truck on jacks doing brakes and have purchased a 96(wrecked) with all these options on it and want to move them to the 97 without replacing the whole harness.

I don't know about the D1's... moat D2's I've seen are pre-wired for those options, would stand to serve maybe a little digging around on both trucks as a side by side comparison could be helpful.

One thing on the D2's is that most wired options run through the ecu, so things like the heated windscreen and dogs require a testbook/rovacom plug in to program the ecu for that option. Heated seats are supposedly a plug and play.

Thanks for the info. A buddy from the UK just hooked me up with the factory wiring manual, and for what I can desipher...all the harnesses are the same. Got my stove working in garage today, and have tomorrow off so I'll dig around a bit.
If anyone needs a copy of the manual, let me know. Will burn to CD and post it to ya!
